First off, sorry for not posting in ages, I have been really slack with my posting lately and i applogise to my readers.
Just a quick blog post today
But it looks like a complete lifestyle change for me, got my blood tests back and it seems i have high cholesterol and a damaged liver (from my many years of enjoying a drink or 10).
I have too much to lose (i wanna watch my kids grow old) to NOT warrant changing my life with a complete overhaul, in which could start with going sober for a little while (i can here my family gasping lol) and getting my shit together to make sure I'm on this earth to annoy my peoples for as long as possible ;-)
My new life starts today....
